RETURNS POLICY

Because of the nature of fast-food delivery, refunds are given at the sole discretion of Slap That Bass. 

 

If you are dissatisfied with your order, the food must be brought back to the store for inspection. Please note that eligible claims for refunds may only be processed if the food has not been eaten. Specifically, if for any reason the product is not consistent with our high standards of quality, it is fair to presume that a customer would establish this after consuming one or two normal servings. 

 

If you have any concerns regarding the quality of our products or the service provided by Slap That Bass, we kindly request that you contact the takeaway senior management in the first instance either by phone (01525 213 532) during opening hours, or email info@slapthatbass.co.uk and share your feedback. We can then take the necessary action to remedy any issues that may arise. 

 

Any refund that is approved will be refunded via the same method used when the order was paid for.

 

As a small business, we rely on customer feedback. If something is not right, we really want to know so please do contact us via our email address, Google, or our social media channels. This gives us a direct and open line of communication with customers so we can resolve issues and work hard to satisfy them.
